COMPETITOR INFORMATION

To schedule a track rental, please contact the speedway office at (434) 572-4947. Practice must be scheduled no later than 24 hours in advance, but we recommend calling way in advance to ensure nothing else is taking place as sometimes the track is not available.

Pricing:

• Sentara Healthcare Late Model Stock Car / Budweiser Limited Sportsman - $150 for full day

• Southside Disposal Pure Stock / VSP HEAT Hornets - $50 for full day

• Other divisions not listed, please contact the office for pricing.

Track rental information:

• Track rental is available most weeks Monday-Friday (Monday-Thursday on race weeks) from 10:00 AM-4:00 PM.

• Teams should schedule track rental no later than 24 hours in advance, but we recommend calling way in advance to ensure nothing else is taking place.

• All persons entering the infield must sign all required waivers.

• Payment can be made via credit card / debit card / cash / check.

NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series Divisions (Late Model Stock Car, Limited Sportsman, Pure Stock, Hornets):

• With NASCAR License - $30

• Without NASCAR License - $55

• Children 12 & under - $30

• Save when using Pit Pay. Teams that use the Pit Pay app in 2023 can purchase pit passes for $25 plus processing fees (approx. $27 total). This savings is only valid when using the app. You can download Pit Pay in the Apple or Google app stores.

NOTE: Applicable waivers must be signed for all persons entering the infield.

In 2024, South Boston Speedway will continue to use the Pit Pay mobile pit pass app for its NASCAR Advance Auto Parts Weekly Series divisions. Individuals will be able to purchase pit passes online in advance and sign all needed waivers in advance of event day. Using the app saves money versus buying at the gate on race days.

Minors releases and all other applicable waivers will be able to be completed through Pit Pay.

Those using Pit Pay will receive:

• Fast pass lane for picking up armband.

• Not having to complete paperwork at track and stand in line.

• Early infield access.

• Save money!

A completed minor release waiver is required for all those ages 19 and below that are entering the infield.

Minor release must have both parents' signatures in order to be valid. CLICK HERE to download the form. You can bring completed forms with you to the registration office on event day or email it to info@southbostonspeedway.com.

Minors releases can be completed using the Pit Pay app.

We accept the following payment methods at all ticketing/merchandise/concessions locations:

• Cash

• Debit card

• Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)

• Checks are accepted for competitors only for registration and fuel. For registration, an open check can ONLY be left if it has a list of all approved team members for that event with it. The speedway will not refund money for individuals who are paid for but do not attend an event.

We do not accept "credit card on file" situations for payment methods for competitors.

If you want to pay for team members at registration, your card will be charged at the time when it is present or you can use Pit Pay to pay and sign needed waivers.
