A competitor may elect to start at the rear of the field in 100% of the season’s events.

The competitor must inform a Track Official in the technical inspection area within five (5) minutes of the end of qualifying for their respective division.

A competitor will not be eligible for the additional two (2) bonus points if they are sent to the rear of the field via a penalty in post-qualifying inspection.
Thunder Road Harley-Davidson 200 - Special Track Points Procedure

Late Model Stock Car Track Championship points will be awarded during this event. However, points will only be awarded to drivers who are currently 2026 Late Model Stock Car points holders, designated by having attempted at least one (1) event this season. The highest finishing Speedway points holder will receive 30 championship points, the second-highest finishing points holder 29 points, and so forth, per the table above.

If a current Speedway points holder wins the event outright, one (1) extra Championship point will be awarded.

If a current Speedway points holder wins the event outright from the last place starting position, one (1) additional Championship point will be awarded, for a total of two (2) total extra points.

NASCAR National points will be awarded as normal for this event.
