Prices Stay the Same for All NASCAR Weekly Series Events; Kids 12-and-Under Free

SOUTH BOSTON, VA (December 11, 2025) – Advance tickets for South Boston Speedway’s scheduled 2026 season events are now on sale with no increase in ticket prices for the track’s NASCAR Weekly Series events, including Championship Night.
Advance adult tickets for NASCAR Weekly Series events are priced at $12. Tickets at the gate on race day will be $15 each. Seniors ages 65 and older, military, and students (with valid ID) can purchase tickets for $12 each at the gate only on the day of the event. Suite passes to those events are available for $40 each.

“South Boston Speedway tickets make the perfect gift, and we’re happy to have our 2026 advance tickets on sale in time for the Christmas holiday shopping season,” said South Boston Speedway General Manager Brandon Brown. “Advance tickets provide a savings over the race-day ticket price, making them great as presents. We pride ourselves on giving fans an incredible experience at an affordable price, and we have another incredible season ahead.”
Speedway officials also announced that ticket prices for the Saturday, March 21 SMART Modified Tour King of the Modifieds event and the Saturday, June 27 Thunder Road Harley-Davidson 200, the opening race of the Virginia Late Model Triple Crown, will also remain the same for the 2026 season.
Advance tickets for those two events are priced at $20 each. Tickets at the gate on race day will be $25 each. Seniors ages 65 and older, military, healthcare workers, and students (with valid ID) can purchase tickets at the advance ticket price at the gate only on the day of the event. Suite passes to those events will be priced at $45.
Tickets for the Saturday, October 17 zMAX CARS Tour Championship Event, which will feature the series’ Late Model Stock Car and Pro Late Model divisions, are priced at $25 in advance. Tickets at the gate on race day will be $30 each. CARS Tour suite passes are priced at $50 apiece.
Seniors ages 65 and older, military, healthcare workers, and students (with valid ID) can purchase tickets for $25 each at the gate only on the day of the event.
Kids ages 12 and under are admitted free to all events.

South Boston Speedway will open its 2026 season on Saturday afternoon, March 21 with the aforementioned SMART Modified Tour’s King of the Modifieds event, one of the country’s biggest Modified racing events. That event, the first of three scheduled special events on the track’s 2026 season schedule, will feature many of the country’s top Modified drivers in a 125-lap race. South Boston Speedway’s Late Model Stock Car Division competitors will also be in action as part of the season-opening event.
The first event featuring all four of the tracks’ regular NASCAR racing divisions will be the speedway’s second event of the season, which is set for Saturday afternoon, April 4. The event will include races for the Late Model Stock Car Division, the Limited Sportsman Division, the Pure Stock Division and the Hornets Division.
NASCAR Weekly Series events are also set for April 18, May 2, May 16, May 30, June 13, June 27, July 11, August 1, August 22, August 29 and September 12. September 12 will be South Boston Speedway’s annual Championship Night, where all four NASCAR Weekly Series division champions will be crowned.
In addition to the March 21 SMART Modified Tour King of the Modifieds event, special events for the 2026 season will include the 20th running of the Thunder Road Harley-Davidson 200, the kickoff race to the prestigious Virginia Late Model Triple Crown, to be held on Saturday night, June 27, and the zMAX CARS Tour championship event on Saturday night, October 17.
The season’s first three events on March 21, April 4, and April 18 will be daytime events with the first race on those days starting at 2 p.m. All other NASCAR Weekly Series events as well as the CARS Tour Championship are scheduled for a 7 p.m. green flag.
For the second consecutive season, drivers and teams in South Boston Speedway’s four NASCAR divisions will race for more than $75,000 in season-end monetary awards as part of the Championship Loyalty Bonus Program Powered by Hitachi Energy and EMPOWER Broadband.
