Weather PolicyNobody likes rainy days at the racetrack, and we give it our best effort to get our events in. Our weather policy is as follows: If at least half of the event (half of the total laps) are completed, the event is considered official. Rain checks will not be issued, and the event will not be made up. If less-than-half of the event (less than half of the total laps) are completed, we will issue rain checks (vouchers) for all purchased tickets. We do not issue monetary refunds in the event of a cancelation. For competitors specifically, if half of the laps of their individual race has been completed, the race is official. If less-than-half of the laps of their individual race has been completed, the race is not completed, and we will issue rain checks accordingly.
